OSHA Standards for PPE ----- Glove Compatibility Charts (to be sure the gloves you are wearing provide protection from the chemical being used, peruse this site)

IMPORTANT - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ALWAYS DON THE PROPER PPE. PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR WORK, ASK THE PI IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT PPE YOU
SHOULD BE WEARING. ADDITIONALLY... UT advises you to select clothing made of cotton, not man-made materials, and wear non-porous shoes (e.g. made of leather)
when working with chemicals and/or when using active or potential ignition sources, in addition to the required PPE and procedures of the space in which you
are working. Inviduals working with chemicals have a responsibility to protect themselves and those around them by following established practices when using
chemicals. Wear appropriate garments when working with dangerous equipment. Always secure long hair, jewelry and other items you wear that could interfere
with your safe use of chemicals, ignition sources and/or dangerous equipment. Report violations you see in your space to the person who supervises the space.
